I am a Desi Coach. Let's try to understand the real meaning of Desi Coach. Desi Coach means I am from India and Made in India. LOL. In this way, Coaches like Vivek Bindra, Sandeep Maheshwari, and Ujjwal Patni, all are Desi Coaches. Yes, They are.
Desi Coach also means being realistic and staying genuine. In this way, I am proud to be a Desi Coach.
I love my Brij and Hindustani Culture and remain in that most of the time. I am a global citizen and worked with Fortune 500 companies. Therefore, I am a proud global citizen and respect all cultures and aspects around the world.
Why do people call me Desi Coach?
People call me Desi Coach as they believe I am not using so-called fancy things in terms of my lifestyle, dresses, or surroundings, however, they do not really understand the meaning of Desi.
Anyone who is born and brought up in America and follows American culture is Desi for Americans and Indians are foreigners for them.
In the same way, the one who is born and brought up in Bharat and follows Bhartiya Culture is Desi for all Bhartiyans and People from other countries are foreigners.
That is my own understanding of being a Desi and Foreigner.
As I have taught the English language, I would love to mention that the opposite of Desi is sometimes Hybrid. Here, hybrid means something not original and it is manipulated by some process and the result is different.
